Lynnda Rakos Designs uses PayPal as a secured and convenient form of
payment for our customers.
Shipping
All orders ship FOB Valley Village, CA via FedEx ground. Customers are
responsible for all shipping and handling. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items are all hand crafted, so please allow 3 weeks for your order to ship.
Returns
All sales are final. At Lynnda Rakos Designs we are committed to the highest
quality in all of our products. We will gladly replace any piece that is defective
within 7 days of your receiving your order. All orders must be inspected upon
receipt and any damaged or irregular products should be reported to us
immediately to request a Return Authorization and to receive a replacement. We
will not accept returns of defective merchandise after 7 days and without prior
notification and approval. Please understand that each of our products are
individually crafted and that no two pieces will be exactly alike.
